can't fire any weapon. it gets stuck on screen

I am using quest 2 and I can load any gun but it doesn't fire. Now today I would pick up the gun and it drops on the ground. I pick it up but it's stuck at one position on the screen. Can someone help please.

I read one of the post here and it says that bhaptics is causing it. It that true as I have bhaptics on. When is the new update coming? Any assistance is much appreciated

Turn bhaptics off to fix it. Update comes June 27
