This is probably a "soft deleted" guild (something you can't control).
You likely want to just ignore those (check if the guild is available in the event before doing anything).

cuz its new created server, bot have full permissions guild and server ids are valid...

Seems odd then, I've never seen Discord send you a guild delete for a non-soft-deleted guild before ready. 🤷
Anyway, you may receive such guild deletes (evidently), so you should handle them appropriately.
Either ignore those or assume that everything except the id is non-functional.
