side note we recommend you don't add all intents, just the ones you need
intents are a means to reduce resource usage by not needing to handle unnecessary events
it doesn't seem you're using intents like DirectMessageTyping

or GuildPresences which is notoriously costly

but not for gem rewards

so you can easily farm like 10k gems per second with proxies

The good thing about reporting a message is we can also read other messages around it

You can just use the /report command in the feature for an anonymous one
