Activities like "watching", etc don't work anymore. Does anyone know if something changed here?

So I want to set an action to my bot like "Watching game servers". But now it's just "game servers". What changed here and how should I do it now?

I'm using still an old version 8.13. This is the only issue I have now, I think (maybe an other issue is also related to using an old version, I get no response anymore)

discord decided to remove watching, playing, streaming, etc from the profile card

Yeah so as @humble minnow said Discord got updated that it now only shows an icon (game controller for "playing", music notes for "listening", etc.) when there's an activity

the only workaround now is to make use of the "Custom" activity type and set the literal text to "Watching xyz" instead of "xyz" with the "Watching" activity type
