how many times have you ran to install? do you have a node_modules folder already?

I removed the node_modules folder and tried but no solved

Although it won't cause install issues, when using D.JS with anything lower than the latest LTS Node v20 you will experience runtime issues

I would suggest updating to the latest LTS version of Node
