So how come Security bot get the executer in a second while discord sends that info after 5 seconds of the action?

From my knowledge, Discord sends the log info after 5 seconds

and i'm trying to make a security bot and in 5 seconds the whole server is gone

i need to know how does security bot get the exact executer in a second

i think what he is trying to say is that even though audit logs are coming 5 seconds late to the server, a bot(?) instantly finds and take action against the user doing the action
