(Chrome Extension) Crop a screenshot to a certain element | discord.js - imagine an app | Page 1

I am making a chrome extension that takes a screenshot of a specific element, and I am using captureVisibleTab() to get the screenshot, problem is, this returns a image of the whole tab, and I need to crop it to a certain element, I am using getBoundingClientRect to get the size and position however these values are wrong.
