I get the error 'ERR_DLOPEN_FAILED' how can I fix it?

I am using Node.js version v18.17.1 and i started to get this error when changing the VPS server, how can i fix it?

Did you only move the files including package.json and then ran npm i? Do not move the node_modules folder

I only moved my package.json file, not my package-lock.json file and node_modules folder

then i typed npm i

I have tried this at least 5 times but this error has never been resolved
