I want my bot to send an emoji. I have the Emoji as a PNG inside of my bot files. I want the bot to send the png as an emoji but without occupying an emoji slot on the server

A friend of mine told me it was possible and that he has done it before... He said that you could convert a png into something else the bot could send as an emoji
