Heya, that weird glow looks like delaminations, and it's not fixable unless you have very very expensive machines

#

It's time for a new TV pretty much

after about 20 power cycles it turns back on, then go's back to white after its hit stand by mode

#

so I'm pretty sure its not delamination, appreciate the input though

In my family there's a rumour going around with especially cheap equipment that they have a timer on dying, but I think it's probably just some driver board malfuntion.
Making it a few years old budget TV means there's probably no to almost no replacement parts

I mean I'd practically be alright with ripping out the smart components and making it act like a monitor if that where to fix the issue, but I doubt that's not locked down tighter then an iphone

Could try your luck in finding a replacement board on eBay or something but don't get your hopes up

#

Or rip the board out and try to find the faulty component, I'm currently doing that with a monitor as replacement boards aren't available
