grüß gott !!! i really love poetry (nerd moment) so i was wondering if there were any german/poems you guys liked that are worth sharing? anddddd if you’d like, analyse the langauge/the way the words were put/structured and their significance? im a new learner but i love poetry and would kill for some nice ones to look at/take apart word and grammatically for fun.

There is a poem by Anton Maria Rilke that I really like. I think it is called the Bodensee

but this is even hard for some natives, so for a learner it'll be way too advanced. there should be endless resources that analyse just about everything in this poem, tho.
arguably, modern "poem writing" happens more in the form of HipHop (one can argue about that, but it's how i'd take it) - i'm not much of a hiphoper listener, so i'm just gonna link something that a friend of mine recommended: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bF_RdjxA7h8 and as you can see here https://genius.com/Morlockk-dilemma-die-taube-lyrics the lyrics actually do have many cultural references like every other poetry aswell.
not to say "hiphop = poetry", most of the time it's mainly produced for entertainment / diversion without any deeper meaning whatsover (which ofc is also just fine), but it can get very poetic, even if there very often is an inherent vulgarity / obscenity within the culture of hiphop that might drive some people (like me) away from it

Oh, but if you're only level A I'm not sure how well you'll understand them, especially Die Füße im Feuer, it's pretty long. John Maynard should be the easiest to understand, I think. I can try to put some of them in a google drive document and make annotations so you can understand them better, but now I have to sleep first, but I'll try to remember
