you can start a conversation with him/her e.g."Hallo wie geht es dir heute?" and move slowly to that Topic e.g. "Ich will mit dir über etwas reden.. Ich bin Transfeminine bedeutet ich bin jetzt eine Frau/Mädchen.. ich hoffe du verstehst das.
Idk, just do it normally? Just say you used to be or born to be a male but is now a girl, and would prefer people to call your name or as she/her?
And how do you "do it normally" in German?
Maybe its obvious and you don't need to tell ppl
and if its not - why telling ppl then?
unless its a potential partner
Same
Just say ich bin eine Frau would pretty much deliver the info, if anyone called you in a wrong way that you want to correct them if necessary
I believe the purpose of this thread is not to debate whether or not to come out, but simply what vocabulary and phrases are used for that topic. So let's stick to that and avoid off-topic debates that don't belong here.

here is an article that deals with the topic, which also gives some hints into what vocabulary is used around the topic
the term is used just like in english (Coming-Out)
but there are also other ways to express it,for example 'sich outen'
but idk if you'd use these terms when you were actually coming out to someone. That conversation is probably more about explaining your identity/orientation than labeling what you're doing
