Bachelors requirement for American students

So to apply into a bachelors or a studienkolleg in Germany, for American students
Some of the requirements state that, they need to have certain specific units in the HSD
And their unweighted CGPA needs to be above 3.0

And if we are missing any of those specific units, OR have a CGPA below 3.0, we aren't allowed to apply for bachelors in Germany

So my question is, is it the same for private studienkollegs??
So they also have the exact same requirements or are their requirements easier to fulfill?

And just incase the requirements for private studienkollegs are easier to fulfill, will that also allow the American student to apply into a bachelors in Germany after completing the private studienkolleg and giving the FSP

Yes, private studienkollegs have the same requirements. If you see a private studienkolleg that accepts students without meeting the requirements, it's most likely not recognised in germany and is a bogus institution.
The requirements are set by the kmk for the diploma to be recognised in germany for studienkolleg. Its not something that institutions can accept by discretion such as for example missing credits for a certain subject in your bachelors degree or not meeting the grade requirements for a Bachelor's degree at a certain university. In those cases it's up to the university to decide because you already meet the base requirement from your bachelors degree
If your bachelors degree was not recognised in germany, i.e from an unrecognised institution or didn't meet grade requirements, it would be the same auto rejection as you don't meet the base requirements and therefore the university can't exercise any discretion for that
