Conditional offer letter

Hi guys I need a conditional offer letter from a german university to be eligible to apply for a language visa(B2 and C1) I applied for the following universities:

Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg
TUM
TU Berlin
HS Merseburg
TU Köln
Universität Stuttgart
Universität Freiburg
HS Wismar
TU Clausthal

I wanted to know if it’s possible to get a conditional offer letter from these universities since I don’t have my german Abitur or language and how long they take to reply

If you already applied, I don't know how us telling you whether it's possible or not would be relevant.

You should have checked to make sure you fulfilled the requirements for the course of study prior to applying. If you met their prerequisites and they accept you, they will send you the conditional offer letter.

What language certificate do you have? Do you have b1? Not every university gives out conditional admission so I don't think anyone can tell you.

I checked their requirements I have a 1.5gpa in according to german grading system testAS n all other necessary documents required

If you meet the requirements, there's no reason to think there would be an issue, right?
