Job Opportunities with Foreign Diploma Bewertung

Hey everyone, I just got my diploma evaluation (Bewertung) for my Mechanical Engineering degree, and in Germany, it's recognized as a Master’s degree instead of an Engineering diploma. My German level is A2, but I plan to continue learning.

Can I already apply for jobs with this Bewertung, or would it be better to study further in Germany to get an engineering diploma? (Only if I find a university that can sponsor my studies, since I can’t afford it myself.)

By sponsoring your study you mean dual Studium or Ausbildung?

If they're talking about diploma and masters and university, I doubt they want to do an Ausbildung

U can already apply for jobs of course. If you already have an idea of what position you want to be in, you could look up job offers on Indeed, stepstone etc. And see what their requirements are. In Germany, diploma and masters are technically the same thing (value-wise)

I don't think either of these two options apply for my case, I was wondering if this Master’s degree is enough to get a job in engineering, or if I need to study further to get an official engineering diploma. If further study is required, is it possible to work at a company that sponsors my studies while I earn the engineering diploma?
