Correct. Try to do a "Availablity check" on 1&1 first with your exact address through. It's common that buildings only get eg internet lines from one specific company. The contract you sent is DSL technology which is (kind of) outdated and being built back slowly.
This is also DSL but a different company, in case urs isn't available at ur address

@spark grail I think its available, but the street is Spitalhofstraße and the name that appears in the web its Spitalhofstr. I guess its the same? Sorry if that is a silly question

Yep it's the same it's just usually shortened on systems
