Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich nach Deutschland fliege und einen Mietvertrag abschließen muss. Aber ich habe keine Ahnung von diesem Thema. Vielleicht könnte mir jemand aus der GLaD-Community bei der Überprüfung des Mietvertrags helfen oder mir sagen, an wen ich mich wenden sollte, falls so etwas passiert? Vielen Dank!

At least I assume so, because the language and german is not consistent. There's many mistakes that make me think Google translate did this. What else do you know about the flat? And the landlord? The landlord is in Spain atm and will ship you the keys? Or did you actually visit the flat

I don't actually think that was done by google translate. I'd assume Google translate would not mess up things as basic as the gender of "Mietwohnung" in the first paragraph.
I once heard that spam mails and the like often include spelling mistakes and the like so the only people not immediately turned off by that are those who also might fall for the main grift. I'd assume it's either that, or there's a person who really overestimated their German proficiency and didn't care enough to get a second opinion.
Or they partially copied an existing contract and changed up a few things.
