From what I know the chancenkart is for qualified people and I don't think you need a job contract for that. Read the rules about it and correct me if I'm wrong. It's best not to link a company that rejected you as it gives you no beneft

I was told by the embassy that to prove I'm looking for a job I can print previous rejection emails which I did
So my question is if one of them work as a reference assuming that my data wasn't deleted, so we're talking an application less that 3 months

If you put a person as reference, they have to be willing to back you up. A company that rejected you has no reason to do this.
