HI i want to take the goethe exam and i want to take the a1 first but someone said that i can take the b1 straight forward without talking a1 oder a2 is this possible and would it differ from getting the b1 certificate in order or is it okay to just skip them and another quesiton about goethe exam prices there is internal and external and i want to know the diffrence if possible thanks :3

First of all, yes, you can take the B1 exam without taking A1 or A2.
Afaik the internal price is for people who are attending a course at the Goethe Institute (or have in the past - there's probably a clause somewhere for how long it's valid). The external price is the price for all the other people.
But can I sign up for a random Goethe course I may be eligible for an internal price right ? And when you say it is okay do you recommend it and would it work for the embassy to get the student visa? Thanks for your help
You'd need to read the exact conditions who qualifies for the internal price. I don't think the same conditions would apply worldwide.
To get a student visa, you need to apply to a university (and get accepted). Different universities and different courses have different (yes, a lot of different) language requiremens. If you want to study in the German language, you will need more than B1.
yeah i fugired b1 isnt enough but still i think if i join Deutschland Studentenbrückev i will be fine
