when using "als ob" = as if, you can optionally replace the "ob" with the conjugated verb.

Du siehst aus, als ob du wenig geschlafen hättest.
Du siehst aus, als hättest du wenig geschlafen.

This is the only way for the conjugated verb to be so near the front, so if a sentence has the conjugated verb up near the front, you know that you have to remove the "ob", because the conjugated verb is replacing it

"als ob" clauses are also officially in Konjunktiv 2, because they are hypotheticals: you look as if you hadn't slept much. For the purposes of this exercise, I think it wants all the "als ob" clauses in Konjunktiv 2.

(However, colloquially, people often don't bother with Konjunktiv 2 and instead just use Indikativ [the normal form of the verb], so be aware of that for when you encounter sentences in real life.)
