So I have an Abitur of 2.4, this is due to secondary subjects such as philosophy (8/20)
Arabic (12/20), while my primary subjects -i did my baccalaureate in economic science-
In which 17/20 in accounting and mathematical finance, 16,5/20 in business administration, 15/20 in economics and statistics, 19/20 in french 19,5/20 in English.

Will the university overlook my lower Abitur and focus on the individual subjects that directly correlates to what I'm trying to study
(Economics/business management/data science)?

No, unfortunately not. I also have eg sports with 5/15 dragging me down heavily idiotbulli
In some schools (but this depends where you did your Abitur, I assume not in Germany) the primary subjects count double towards ur average. But if the school gave you an average already, that's the one thats valid

If grade is not a hard requirement (eg they're explicitly asking for grade 1,5 or higher), but instead they only give a NC, there's still chances and you should apply

If they were NC frei the past years then most likely they'll be again, and then you're in regardless

People got accepted with lower grades so it's not that big of a deal

Medicine needs a lot of practical work, has individual choices so only so many students can get in. STEM in university is most of the time 'no limits' on how many people they can take in

We'll see how this plays out
