If i use wohnung should i use sie to adress it in next sentence

I have seen an example on yt and it was Ich habe neue Wohnung, es hat zwei zimmer
But i think it should be sie hat zwei zimmer instead am i wrong?

just as a note: That would be two Sentences:

"Ich habe eine neue Wohnung. Sie hat zwei Zimmer".
If you want to write it as one sentence it would just be
"Ich habe eine neue Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern"
