Hey, I am looking forward to starting an Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistenz/ Pflegefachmann in Deutschland. I am 21 years old and completed my 12 year schooling in India.

I am currently living in India. I have completed the B2 course from Goethe and received a certificate for that.

I would like to start my Ausbildung as soon as possible. Has anyone outside the EU done all the procedure by yourself? Please let me know, how you achieved it.

I have tried applying to different positions and all of them are getting rejected due to lack of accommodation/residence in Germany. How do I overcome this?

Do I have other options to move to Germany and later start an Ausbildung?

They did all of the visa, gave access to a community (WhatsApp groups etc) where all the applicants could talk and ask stuff, they did the whole applications in the name of the applicants

And they covered the costs for a B1 exam but didn't offer a course

Even for Germans it's sending a 100, getting maybe 20 replies of which 19 are a turndown

I mean I could give you the names of hospitals that look for applicants by simply using the internet. But you still need to get the VISA and do it right. Housing / accomandations and that whatsapp group sound good, since you can talk with others and you can share your experiences with others and vice versa

Yeah, first of all the application itself must meet certain standards. They are really eager to get a motivated applicant, but they don't know how to tell. So doing this through an agency that filters out people by demanding the fee sounds liek a good idea

They also imported my partner from Delhi just to work in a weird restaurant in the middle of nowhere

And it's probably not being not in Germany yet, I know three people alone from this server who got an Ausbildung for this September and none of them ever visited EU

Actually this is pretty normal. Look from the HR point of view. You see the application and he seems fine and you are willing to take the risk. and do everythign from your side. Great, now the applicant tries to get a VISA. THis might take up to 3 months and especially now with Wintersemester beginning etc. there will be lots of backlog. So you wait and wait and suddenly he can't get a VISA in time. He could, but needs to appeal and everything is already behind. So you wasted a slot for someone who was a risk and have to jsutify that now

For this year it might be too late to sort out all the visa stuff. Usually it's good to apply in November - March to start in September

Bypass what? What id do in your situation is do some internship right now where you are, in this field, and apply again. Then you'll have some experience you can show them which increases ur chances again

This is also happening more and more in IT. Like 3 years ago, HR would have begged for any indian student who could install windows or use linux and not give a damn whether he spoke german. But now it's different since there really isn't a shortage and the indian workers aren't what you expected

Like any apllication who applies with a degree from a non western / indian university will land on the dustpile in general

A friend of mine works in the automotive industry with branches in china, mexico and india, etc. He spoke with HR and they say they get indian applications every single day for everything. They stopped looking at them unless they are already in germany

india is such a huge country, they are able to overburden the HR of german companies

It's a really big klinik. Just try to impress them and probably get your Annerkenung done before applying to hasten things up.

Wie sieht der Prozess? Der/ die User/in (keine Ahnung) muss ein B2 zertifikat bekommen. Dann sich bewerben? Nehmen wir an ein potentieller Arbeitgeber sagt zu und der User bekommt ein Arbeitsvertragangebot und holt sich damit ein VISA. Wo bekommt diese Person die Unterkunft her? Weiter Deutschkurse wären sinnvoll, bei einer Ausbildung bekommt man die vom Arbeitsamt bezahlt hab ich gesehen, aber wird es dies auch so geben? Weiterhin ist das Problem bei einen Work Option die Anerkennung der alten "Ausbildung" aus Venezuela, Das kann dauern, oder? Was macht der User solange? Kann er arbeiten? Wenn ja als was?

Okay. Der Prozess erfordert Geduld und ich rate jedem, es selbst zu tun. Vermeide Agenten um jeden Preis. Die meisten von ihnen sind betrügerisch.

Der erste Schritt ist, die Sprache fließend zu beherrschen und das B2-Level zu erreichen. Nicht zu fließend, aber zumindest ein gutes Verständnis. Der zweite Schritt ist, nach einem Job zu suchen. Die meisten Krankenhäuser werden ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit dir führen und dich bitten, deine Anerkennung zu bekommen. Dieser Prozess selbst kann je nach Region lange dauern. Ich glaube, Baden-Württemberg dauert etwas weniger, aber ich kann es nicht genau sagen. Hessen dauert sehr lange, in einigen Fällen mehr als sechs Monate. Bayern ist auch ziemlich schnell (ich habe nur Erfahrung mit zwölfjähriger Schulbildung). Die Anerkennung, die ich für meine zwölfjährige Schulbildung gemacht habe, dauerte weniger als zwei Monate. Wenn die Anerkennung positiv ist, viel Glück. Du wirst den Job und den Vertrag bekommen. Du hast nach Unterkünften gefragt. Jedes verantwortliche Krankenhaus wird dir Unterkünfte für die ersten paar Monate stellen. Diese Agenten verwirren uns und sagen uns, dass wir für unsere eigenen Unterkünfte bezahlen müssen.

Es tut mir so leid, dass ich dir spät antworte. Du kannst die Anerkennung in der Stadt machen, die dich interessiert, z.B. in Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Hessen, usw. Ich denke, deine 12 Jahre Schulbildung werden für eine Ausbildung vollkommen ausreichen. Versuch einfach ein drei-monatiges Praktikum in einem Krankenhaus in deiner Nähe zu machen.
