Ive been emailing TK because they didnt get the right name for the maimbox when I signed up but they keep ghosting my emails after one lame response and i cant call their number

I really really need to see a doctor

If it's urgent you can go to a doctor, show them a different proof of insurance like on paper, and then you still have two weeks afterwards to hand the insurance card. Just make sure you do have a paper that states the start and acceptance of your insurance, so they'll legally cover it.

Is there a TK office nearby? I'd go in person and tell them about this issue. Harder to ignore, they probably don't know anything about your case so they'll start a 'new one' and take care of it.

Are you contacting TK support through the Meine TK portal? All of my queries have been addressed via that portal, even in english sometimes.

Idk about TK but with my insurance the first time you get your insurance number (needed to login) is along with the card. So might not be possible
