Update: I found this in our website, is this enough for them?

"... The individual passing grade is not relevant" they want an all in all "if you have more than X percent in average, you get ur degree"

I had previous cases where it seems pretty random as of what will be accepted as proof, and what will not. You're best of asking YOUR university for this exact thing, they'll probably know (as you're probably not the first student facing this issue)

To be honest this has never been requested before because it is already there as the same grading system for the subject goes for the entire Bachelor as a grade where it says minimum is 50% and max is 100% meanwhile my grade is 72.5% it goes for both subjects and Bachelor degree to be passed.
I contacted some friends who work there and they told me we don’t have such a thing in the certificate specifically for the bachelor since it is self explanatory so my best bet is to make a paper explaining the grading system myself and getting the uni approval and stamps on it then uploading it
