I am in Egypt and I just applied yesterday so I still didn't get a response but I have been reading mixed responses online some says since winter 2022 they stopped requesting it, some says they stopped but if the Uni requested it then we have to send it to them but what is worrying me is the 8 weeks period they said for processing which also can be an issue since deadline is 15th July

well, then it depends on the university. does the university state the neccesity of submitting hard copies?

the portal in my university would grant a "temporary admission", and then give another few weeks to submit more papers. since they state later, i assume youll end up getting enough time. if you university is listed in the link above, they are fine with completely digital applications
