#how to move to germany?

hi so i have a question, im moving to germany in a year, i dont have a specific job lined up yet, but my question is, "can i just fly to germany, and send in my resumes/CVs in person to the warehouse job i want while im there for the 90 days im staying there?". i was told that could be an option, instead of the job seeker visa, etc.

That doesn't sound legal. You're not supposed to use your tourism visa for anything but.

If you want to apply to jobs, you should just get a job seeker's visa.

I second Stan. Afaik that is not legal to do so at all—it may even get you more at risks to stay there. If I recall correctly, Job seeker's visa needs B2 level of German proficiency and some work experience.

This is of course not to mention the fact that you can't rent an apartment, open a bank account, or do anything that you'd need to live in Germany for 3 months without a job seeker's/work visa.

hmm i understand, but i respectfully disagree that its "illegal", i never heard of it being illegal. i heard that there was someone in a long distance relationship,[the gf is american and the bf is german], "while he brought her to visit on vacation in germany, they thought and decided to get her a residence permit, on a whim" [yes you do need a residence permit to rent, live, and work in germany, so i think im able to obtain that permit when i get there].
