Putting a photo in your CV is very common in Germany, so it's a good idea
By the way, please make sure the title of your post shows what you are trying to ask. Titles such as "Asking" are superfluous (since this is a channel primarily for asking questions) and unhelpful (since people have to open the post to see what it's about, and can't look up past posts about this topic)
