Insurance is covered by the uni and there are no uni fees.
You need to get your own internet mobile data.

Then it should be more than enough. Major expenses would be food (depends on how much you cook and how much you eat out - eating out in Berlin is probably quite costly), maybe transport costs (Deutschlandticket is 50€), the radio tax is also worth remembering, it's around 20€ a month (if you have done Anmeldung)

I know people who cook for themselves quite a lot and their grocery costs do not exceed 200€ a month
