but what about the books? like exercises from different topics. example: i want to practice adjektivdeklination, so i open the book and start translating sentences for that EXACT topic
aren't there any books for translations?
I think those have kind of gone out of fashion, given that a) publishing language learning books is expensive and b) the goal is for language learners to stop translating as soon as possible, and to start thinking in their target language, instead. 🤷 You might find sth like "Grammatik Aktiv" quite useful - I know it gets recommended here a lot.

if i don't translate and practice it'll be extremely hard to remember all these grammar concepts
If you're talking about Adjektivdeklination in particular, practicing that is pretty simple (if not exactly easy): start describing your possessions (clothes, books, furniture, games, etc.)
