I am reading and using the verbs, but confused of when to use what. Any easy technique to remember the prefix or guess the meaning according to prefix

I'm afraid not. I mean, there are a lot of verbs where the prefix means just what you'd think it means. And for those this link is useful: https://www.dartmouth.edu/~deutsch/Grammatik/Wortbildung/Separables.html However, there are simply a great many verbs where the meaning cannot really be deduced. I can only recommend to always look up the verb, take note of its construction (which can change the meaning further) and make a flashcard/write it in a notebook if it feels "unintuitive". 🤷
