Do German people care if u misgender something like "das pizza"?

They won’t be angry at you for using the wrong gender, but they will notice this.

I believe it is important to use the correct article (especially for common nouns) to speak and write like a native. That is just one way people can tell that you are a foreigner. But if you do not use the correct article, most Germans will not be angry. They might correct you, but they will not be angry because of this.

Auf jeden Fall! Aber ist es leider unmöglich alle Artikeln zu wissen wenn wir noch B-Niveau sind

We probably care to the same extent you would if I said sth like "That pizza are good". 🤷 However, you will care about articles/gender as soon as you're trying to come up with (or understand) a sentence which is slightly more complicated than "Die Pizza ist gut", trust me. ;)
