I realized that in my country usually smart people pick Deutschland to study in.
Smart because when we start A1-Niveau Deutsch we are 200 in a language institution but once we reach B1-Niveau we are 40.
The language is as hard as it functions like a filter to collect smart people only.
And others will pick English but if they can't afford 30K$ Üniversitäts they have to stay in the country and wait for their worse future here.
