Could somebody explain, how and where to use this ß letter as long as I can’t quite understand.😅

You can generally just learn how words are spelled by using a dictionary or similar. If it's written with ß, then you use ß.

But as for how the spelling rules work, ß is basically the same as "ss" except that ß is used after long vowels and diphthongs, while ss is used after a short vowel.

In Swiss German, they also don't have ß and only use ss regardless of the vowel type. But generally you won't have to learn any Swiss German while learning German, so you don't have to worry about that. It's just good to know in case you come across that.

@tiny rain Oh, but one more thing: the spelling rules changed a bit a few decades ago. If you read some old text in German, you might see different spelling with ß.

So just be careful if you read an old book.
