hi so i have to learn French for school but i wanna keep learning German
should i temporarily stop learning one or should I try to learn both

It depends how much time you have. Only you can really decide. My advice would be to try learning both and only drop one if you find yourself struggling.

I assume the pace you learn French at school is probably pretty slow, so it most likely won't be difficult to keep up both.

plus they're far enough apart so you most likely will not confuse them. you might run into a few false friends, but the same happens between english/german and english/french aswell

Was das bedeutet ist, um korrekt Deutsch zu sprechen muss man bis zu einem gewissen Grad Französisch aussprechen zu können

Für Deutsche ist Französisch auch viel einfacher zu lernen phonetisch als für alle andere

Der Grund dafür ist immer wieder, sprachlich. Also kann man gar nicht behaupten, dass die beiden Sprachen nichts gemeinsam haben
