i need some help
i am currently out of ideas concerning an issue i am having here in germany. I am currently a student living in koblenz. soon moving to ingolstadt. I am having a lot of problems with my landlord. 4 months before i have to leave i sent him am email concerning me leaving the house. He didnt reply. ( please note that he has a tendency not to reply the emails) . In the email i asked him what should i do to end the contract usw. He left me with no answer. note: whenever there's things to talk about concerning his money- he usally reply my emails instantly. Last year he even tried to make us pay for waste water services , garbage trucks and all. But it was not included in our contract. he kept forcing us. Now , with 4 emails i sent him concerning my movement, he call me only 1 month before i go, then told me i have to pay for 3 more months because he didnt get any letter concerning that, he never told me i needed to do that, even if he left no instructions on how should we do i even tried to email him a kündigung letter through mail, and asked is this correct or not. Of course he did not replyy. in addition, he is also forcing us to find new people for the house. (i live in a house with 8 people). But we have seen that he already posted thehouse on immoscout24. What should i do? where can i ask for help?

Berlin is a beautiful city, when compared to other capitals. I really like how its very fun and interesting just walking through the streets can be, it's also veryyyy international. With lots of tourists, I understand why berliners feel like their city is being invaded all the time but I just find that attitude weird. That's all. I would love to stay longer if the rent wasn't too expensive and I get a spot at TUB but that time will tell.

Zu is a word that has a lot of uses.
As a preposition it means “to/towards”. (see >ex Dative and >ex Prepositions of Place Part 1)
But it can also be used to indicate an infinitive/gerund in a sentence, for example:
(1) Es ist schwierig, Deutsch zu lernen. = “Learning German is hard.” or ”It’s hard to learn German.”
As you can see, the zu is placed before the infinitive verb that has no prefix or a non-separable prefix. For verbs with a separable prefix, the zu goes between the prefix and the verb with no space in between:
(2) Ich habe heute bloß vor, Essen einzukaufen. = I only plan to buy food today.
You can also see it in the um...zu structure, where it means ”in order to”.
The um goes to the beginning of the phrase and zu works the same way as explained above.
(3) Wir sind zum Supermarkt gegangen, um etwas Brot zu kaufen. = We went to the shop (in order) to buy some bread.
(4) Ich lerne Deutsch, um mit Deutschen reden zu können. = I am learning German (in order) to be able to speak to Germans.

• in (3) we go and we buy bread
• in (4) I learn and I speak

I completely agree there @rigid spade . I've been staying in Berlin long enough to know that it's just a stereotype and nothing more. A lot of people are open to discussions about culture, history and things like that and I've enjoyed my stay a lot in Berlin. Maybe it's because I haven't completely settled in yet and made myself at home, which could be why I'm feeling a little like an outsider personally, but the Berliners are a really nice bunch if you really get to know them, I'd say remarkably helpful and if they set their mind to help you, they will go far and beyond to do just that.

@warm geyser ugh ich hab heute Spaghetti für meine Großeltern zu kochen versucht. Nach 15min im Topf waren die Nudeln angeblich immer noch nicht weich genug... so musste ich die dann noch weiter 20min lang kochen, bis es mehr oder weniger Schlunze geworden ist.
