How useful would it be to listen to a content, and then write down what the whole theme is with few sentences, afterwards a simple comparison between what you've written and a follow-up reading of the text?

But it takes a long time to get better skills.

It's improving though.

Very useful, eyes!

And it might be especially good if you do it with an audiobook (or other content which has an associated text). Even if you just do it sometimes, I'm sure it would be valuable to listen, do all that stuff, and then do the same thing but reading.

And see how your listening vs reading comprehension compares.
