Course/deck creation on Memrise is quite nice, I find, albeit mostly simple. I don't know Anki but I heard it has more customisation options and the like. It's true you can't set it to do all the cards at once, I think the maximum you can do in a row is 50. Memrise could do with a lot more things being customisable. To me Memrise is like casual mode, while Anki is a bit more hardcore. I would personally like the repetition time to become customisble though.

If you want you can learn everything you want, but I would use the CEFR vocabulary lists, cause they are mostly a good thing to keep track of your progress and aren't they even sorted by frequency?
