Zuerst 200m Schwimmen, dann 100 Meter schwimmen mit Klamotten, dann Tieftauchen, Streckentauchen und Springen

Dann werden verschiende Befreiungsgriffe geprüft, und dann geht's ims Wasser um die Wurst

kombinierte Übung: 20m Anschwimmen, dass greift einen das Opfer an, den richtigen Befreiungsgriff und dann im Fesselschleppgriff 20m schleppen, danach an Land bringen

Achso, wahrscheinlich müssen auch ein paar Bahnen Transport und/oder Schleppen gezeigt werden vor der Kombinierten

Danach folgt dann die Theorieprüfung.
