USA based thinking means I see markets as the same thing as supermarkets, lol. Weird to see a different preposition here.

Until we worked for a while and practiced them.

I also mess up the two ways to pronounce ä but that's more of a knowledge/vocabulary issue. You just need to listen to how natives talk.

I also have significant issues with rhythm when I was getting started in German. Accents were almost always on the wrong thing until I really studied every word.

German should be easy for most English speakers, but don't slack. There is always room for improvement.
