20th century - twentieth
2010s - twenty tens
90s - nineties

Ok I looked it up and also asked my parents about it, so here are the answers:
In German you don't say neunzehnhunderter or anything like that, to refer to the years 1900-1999 you would only say zwanzigste Jahrhundert, or in text, 20. Jahrhundert or 20. Jh., which translates to "20th century"
To say 2010s in German, they say that you would most commonly say "Das zweite Jahrzehnt" literally "the 2nd decade", but I've also seen it written as 2010er, they say you would pronounce that as "zweitausendzehner", you just read the number and add a "-er"
90s can be said as "neunziger" and written as 90er
To say 1890s in German, you could say "Die neunziger des neunzehnten Jahrhundert", and I've also seen it written as 1890er
