Hello. I have my dads old Pebble Time while i wait for my Time 2. We both have tried to connect it to my phone but just doesn't work. I have tried enabling Bluetooth, disabling Bluetooth, setting it into airplane mode and it still doesn't work. Android 14, app installed using adb, the watch is Bluetooth paired with the phone, but the app does not detect the watch. Please help me 😦

Thanks for creating a new help thread. Someone will likely be along soon to assist. In the meantime, have you checked https://help.rebble.io ?
Once your issue has been resolved, please update the thread title to include the word 'solved'.
I think we might have the same problem
Yes. We actually did that too. I guess I forgot to mention it.
ahh, then i wouldn't know, sorry
are you on the Download the pebble app screen on pebble
or on the bluetooth settings screen otherwise
We're on the Bluetooth screen, the watch was formerly connected to another phone. The old phone is unpaired from the watch, but the watch is still present in the old app's pebble list. It didn't help to switch the old phone off.
Quick sanity check: have you factory reset the watch? I’m not sure a connection would be allowed if you tried to pair a watch that still remembers a different phone and pebble/rebble account
I'm not sure if this is done already but you must forget the watch from the phone's bluetooth settings(and vice versa) and then attempt to find the Pebble from the Pebble app.
Yeah we did the first part but the app just can't find the watch.
the app requires permission to location services and also Nearby Devices permission. I can't think of anything else that can cause pairing problems
I'll check the permissions
So it has voth of those
Both*
Did you perform a factory reset on the Pebble?
