Do plants have neurons? Or an equivalent? Like does the biggest plant have a thought? And what about those mushrooms that are live in the entire forest floor? Big enough, maybe have slow big thoughts? Mushrooms are more like meat than plants so maybe more like a big brain
It begins
@hollow arrow
im in zone 7a so ne america
im prob gonna start out with brassicas and pivo to nightshades when it warms up some more
start of spring is maintenance on my berry plants mainly as they pop out of dormancy
Ah ok then yeah that’s probably a good time to wait til
my alliums and potatoes and rhubarb and berry bushes are all coming back to life
not really much to explore but soon once it warms up I'll mulch the ground and start planting seeds
YES
tomorrow if it is nice out I will take some pics of what the yard looks like now
HELL YEAH
I’m gonna wait til end of April this year to plant anything but I need to start getting my pots and beds ready
some of the plants from the last week or so, but still not warm enough to start any seeds or seedlings cause of the frost chance
rhubarb rhizome woke up as did some of the alliums around it, so I'll have some garlic and onions this summer
honeyberries, raspberries, goji berries, blueberries and cranberries are all coming out of dormancy, and the rosemary, chives and thyme are plugging away
some garden updates. and a little bastard
a little late for lettuce temperature wise, but the shade from trees should temper their area in the yard and keep it cooler. started my onions and cilantro and just doing maintenance on the seedlings
in about a week or two I'll get some mulch for the seedlings to keep weeds at bay, and maybe get some strawberries as a border plant for the yard
