My Kovaaks has a locked y axis?

I can only move horizontally or along the x axis. never had this happen before and this is the only game that this is happening not sure what to do. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. thanks\ EDIT: ive tried uninstalling, verifying and restarting my pc

Go to Settings > Main > Sensitivity drop down > Vertical Sensitivity locked to Horizontal
