I'm ngl you guys are actual clowns for censoring criticism of the server. There have been hundreds of completely off-topic or even rule-breaking threads posted with zero moderation, but the second someone makes a genuine SUGGESTION about how to improve the server, it gets locked down.

I still can't entirely tell whether you guys know deep down that we're right or whether you're fully living in your own delusional world, but the fact that nearly every OG or high-level member on the server was saying the same things about how terrible the server is... that should mean something.

Again, if the whole point of this server is simply for Preston to have another source of revenue for brand deals, honestly just admit that at this point. But if you do care, even a little bit, about the wellbeing and success of this community, then you can't just ignore and censor the overwhelming number of people who are bringing up valid criticism and suggesting ways to improve.

It's not like we're only speaking here to cause drama or to berate the staff - as you can see throughout the entire 340 messages in the previous thread, the goal is to identify the flaws with the current server management and then subsequently suggest ways that these flaws can be remedied. For example, we pointed out that there is rampant rule-breaking in chat, and we suggested recruiting more staff members AND training staff more thoroughly to make sure they can deal with various situations appropriately.

The main point here seems to be regarding threads which break either our discord rules or native discord TOS which are not caught by our moderation. This is why we have a report ticket system, and as soon as we are made aware of these situations we will work to resolve them.

I took a glance through that suggestion thread and it appears users are upset about moderation, and the lack of staff involvement in comparison with ~a year ago. Previously, Fire Nation has always had a community manager which no longer is the case. While we have this discord as a place for the community to hang out, it just isn't financially feasible to continue having someone fill that type of position. Those who actively moderate this discord are either volunteer or have other positions at TBNR / FireGames / Cosmic which is where their time needs to be focused. While those in Community Watch are unfortunately not able to handle community events as what existed previously, we still want to ensure that this discord is a safe environment. We have a ticket system which constantly is watched to ensure all cases of players breaking the rules or sending content which violates TOS is deleted and removed. If you see that content and do not open a ticket, it is likely that it is something we will miss as well. By creating a ticket and bringing these situations to our attention, you can do your part in keeping the community safe.

he did those 100 players videos/events, tournaments, challenges, etc.

In order to handle the reports this server generates, I would disagree. More users doesn't necessarily mean more mods are required. Our current goal is to have a more hands-off approach with this discord so it consists mainly of community members rather than staff members micro-managing the discord.

I myself understand the problems of managing a server which was recently hacked. But Dual you need to understand, ever since Spectre brought back the OGs everything has gone haywire. (I DONT BLAME THE OGs). No CM has stayed for more than 5 months max and neither were they official. This has caused a state of unrest and imbalance among the community. The users are simply disheartened as once this server was peak, but ever since then there has been a lot of disturbing things. We are just upset Dual. Try to look from our point. But there have been MULTIPLE cases of members being reported and exposed as p3d0s and pr3dators with zero action taken. Every time I open chat, there's someone breaking a rule, sometimes while a staff member is actively talking in chat and doing nothing about it.

I'm not pressed about the "lack of community engagement" or any of the other strawman arguments that you're deflecting to. The whole reason people are so pressed about this whole situation is that you guys are taking ABSOLUTELY ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for maintaining the safety and wellbeing of the server.
