you should try without that airport

could i not adjust for tthe offset manually
you should check what the ils freq/course is on the init ref page when landing
which will show the actual frequency that the simulator is using
in our jet trainer the airac was fucked up so we had to do that instead of relying on the carts to avoid landing on the atc tower
so see if there's any difference
sometimes 1 degree of difference is present and its fine
