When launching the game there is a weird loading cursor bug and then +-10s after moving in any 3d scene the game freeze's, but the audio still plays

click on the game, 3 dots, verify files, if they are corrupted, click repair, and try

I already verified the files and also reinstalled the game, didn't fixed it

ngl i would suggest 2 things:
A. Might be a PC problem
B. Contact Ubisoft Support
