So I got this greek heroes set but the default engraving on them are only 15% additional warrior damage. Then I searched on Yt for some builds and I found out on their videos, the additional stats are 25%. So how do I upgrade this default engraving stats ?
And I want to ask something about another engraving which is the one that gives you crit chance when at full hp. I also see the youtuber engraves that into their helmet and boots. But I only can engrave it into my helmet, not boots. Why?

I don't think you can engrave more crit chance if it comes on your boots already.

and as for the default engrave, it might honestly just come like that depending on when you get the item. but for the half damage thing, that constantly goes up to the max engrave level the more ypu upgrade the item

No, the game has a very annoying always scaling mechanic. Even without NG+, early areas still level up with you.
NG+ allows you to keep your weapons, skills, armors and XP.
