Black Flag connecting to ubisoft

How do I connect to ubisoft since I am trying to find the social events and no matter what I do It isnt letting me connect.

Same here, trying to connect to have social events and access to Kenway's fleet but it doesn't work. I tried to contact Ubi-support but it was useless, I'm on PS3 btw.

i dont know if it will fix it for you but i wasnt getting any social event like chests and stuff until i loaded up the multiplayer, try doing that and seeing if that will fix it
