AC Mirage ps4 or pc

Hi guys, I'm wondering if the PS4 version of AC Mirage is playable. I don't care about the graphics, but does it stutter or have massive lag and other bad things like that? Or should I get it on PC?

I played it a bit, and it's kind of ok. Only stutter when it has to load the scenario, like unity

I play both in ps4 and pc. Both versions doesnt have any problems, but I prefer to stick with pc because I'm a pc gamer
